The rainy season is near. Where can I get sandbags?
Residents can pick up empty sandbags at the City’s Corporate Yard located at 25180 Santiago Dr, Moreno Valley CA 92551. Please call the Public Works Maintenance and Operations Division during normal business hours at 951.413.3160 for more information. -
Does the City offer free mulch to residents?
Yes!
The city offers residents self-serve access to free mulch, Monday – Saturday, from 7 am to 4 pm. The mulch is in the visitor’s parking lot at the City Corporate Yard at 15670 Perris Blvd, Moreno Valley. Map link.

How to I apply for a permit?
To apply for an Oversize Load Permit, go to SimpliCity or visit the Public Works Transportation Engineering Division page for more information.
For all other permits, please visit City Forms to access a variety of forms and permit applications.

Where can I find the centerline ties?
A Research Request Form will need to be submitted to the Public Works Land Development Division at LandDevelopment@moval.org.

When is the street sweeper coming to my community?
Street Sweeping Services are provided twice monthly excluding holidays and equipment maintenance days. Please see the Street Sweeping page for more information, or to print a copy of the street sweeping calendar for your community.

How do I report a pothole, broken streetlight, or downed traffic sign?
There are many convenient ways to request Public Works services. Please visit the Public Works Services and Programs page.
Smartphone users can also submit requests for services via the My Civic Mobile App. A link to download the app is located on the Public Works page.

Where do I report a water leak on City property or in the Right-of-Way?
To report a broken sprinkler you can submit a Landscape Service request to the Parks and Community Services Department by using the Landscape form or by calling 951.413.3480.
